Crunchy cauliflower bites

  • In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan and spice mixture.
  • In three large bowls, add the flour, eggs and panko mixture. One ingredient in each bowl.
  • Coat the cauliflower florets first in the flour, then in the eggs and last in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • In the meantime, place a pot over medium heat and add enough oil to reach 3-4 cm in depth. Heat oil to 180oC (350oF).
  • Add cauliflower to pot and fry until nice and golden.
  • Remove from pot and allow to drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with your choice of sauce or with yogurt with some spices.
